Personalised 1-1 Support
Maybe this sounds familiar…
- You’re doing your best to keep up appearances, juggling a busy work schedule, family commitments and a social life, while quietly navigating fatigue, fluctuating energy and unpredictable symptoms.
- You’re thriving one day, living a full and productive life with everyone as your witness. Then you crash, and life has to pause.
- You want to keep up with the social life you used to have, but a “normal” weekend leaves you fatigued for days.
- You want to stay active and keep up a fitness routine, but between energy that’s as predictable as British weather and the risk of overdoing it and paying for it later, you either push through or don’t move at all.
- You know good sleep would help, but between a racing mind, discomfort, or a body clock that won’t cooperate, it’s the one thing that never seems to fix itself.
- Your stress levels feel like they’re constantly maxed out, and you know that’s not helping, but with everything else on your plate, stress management always ends up last on the list.
- You second-guess your own body constantly, unsure whether to trust what it’s telling you, when it used to feel so straightforward.
- You’re tired of feeling misunderstood, or not taken seriously. You’re probably used to hearing: “but you don’t look ill”, or“are you better now?”
- You feel like you’re constantly explaining yourself: why you can show up fully one day, exactly as people expect, but need to cancel everything the next.
- You know pacing yourself and setting firmer boundaries would help protect your energy, but you just don’t know where to start.
- You feel guilty resting, even when you can feel overwhelm and exhaustion building on the horizon, and you want to find a way to get ahead of the crash, not just recover from it.
- You know your diet, drinking habits, or general self-care could be more supportive of you, but a busy schedule and other people’s expectations make it hard to start, or stick to it.
- You’re tired — just so tired — of the boom-and-bust cycle, and of weighing up the cost of keeping up with how you used to live, or how the people around you still do.
- You know this isn’t a sustainable way to live alongside your condition, and you want to find a way to live your fullest life, in the best health you can build and control.
It doesn’t have to be this way
Imagine breaking free from the boom-and-bust cycle, no longer needing a crash to justify the rest you take, or a flare-up to finally give yourself permission to slow down. Imagine trusting your body again: understanding what it needs, recognising its signals, and learning to listen to it, rather than talk over it.
Imagine feeling more in control of your health, your energy, and your daily life. Building sustainable habits around areas including movement, nutrition, sleep and stress that actually fit around you, rather than another set of rules that don’t work for your life. Being able to pace yourself with confidence rather than guesswork, so your energy stretches further and lasts longer.
Setting boundaries comfortably without guilt, and advocating for what you need without over-explaining yourself, or feeling awkward. Feeling capable and self-assured in the decisions you make about your own health, rather than second-guessing them.
Reconnecting with what is most important to you and giving yourself permission and time to dedicate your energy to what excites and fulfils you the most.
This is all possible, and you already have what it takes within you. It won’t happen overnight, and not by overhauling your entire life at once, but by taking one sustainable step at a time, with the right support alongside you. A life that feels more in your control, balanced and genuinely fulfilling, alongside your condition, not despite it.
What I can help you with
As your health coach, I can’t treat, diagnose or provide medical advice about your condition, and I can’t promise you a recovery from it. That’s not my role, and it’s not what health coaching is for. What I can do is support you with everything that’s within your control: the daily habits, choices and routines that shape how you feel, day to day, alongside it.
Health coaching is fundamentally about empowerment. Rather than handing you a generic plan and expecting you to make it fit, my role is to help you find the solutions that genuinely work for your body, your life and your circumstances. Through honest and open conversation, gentle practical guidance and genuine accountability, we’ll work together to identify what’s realistic and sustainable for you specifically, building real change one step at a time, towards a life that feels more like your own again.

Frequently asked questions
What conditions do you work with?
I work with adults managing a wide range of chronic and invisible conditions, including autoimmune diseases, Long Covid, ME/CFS, PoTS, and hormonal or endocrine conditions such as endometriosis, among others. If you’re navigating fluctuating energy or unpredictable symptoms, whatever the underlying cause, coaching can help.
Do I need to have a health condition to work with you?
Not at all! While I have personal lived experience of this myself, my training through my Level 5 Health & Wellness Coaching Diploma involved working with case studies with a wide range of health and wellbeing goals, from weight management/loss and blood sugar balance to better sleep and stress levels. I am passionate about helping anyone to move forward towards better health.
Maybe you’re navigating fluctuating energy, struggling to prioritise your own wellbeing and looking for an accountability partner to help you build habits that actually stick. If that sounds like you, that’s exactly what I’m here for!
What’s a coaching session actually like?
Each session is a 60-minute conversation, just the two of us, focused entirely on you. Rather than me setting an agenda or telling you what to do, you bring what’s most present for you that week, and we work through it together. From time to time, we’ll also work through specific health coaching tools and exercises, designed to bring you more clarity and stimulate deeper thinking about what’s really going on.
Together, we’ll set small, realistic goals between each session, the kind that genuinely fit into your real life and can be sustained long-term, rather than drastic overnight change. These small wins build cumulatively, creating momentum and lasting progress over time. It’s collaborative, not prescriptive; you’re always the one deciding what changes are realistic and right for you.
You can read more about how health coaching works in my article, here.
Does this replace medical care?
No, and it’s not designed to. I’m not a medical professional, or a psychologist/therapist, and health coaching isn’t a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I work alongside any care you’re already receiving from your GP or other healthcare professionals, supporting you with the daily habits and choices within your control, not in place of the medical support you need. You can read more about my scope of practice below.
How is health coaching different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on processing and understanding emotional experiences, often looking backward to make sense of the past. Health coaching is more forward-facing and practical: we focus on where you are now and the concrete, sustainable changes you want to make in your daily life, habits and routines going forward. Many clients find the two work well alongside each other rather than as alternatives.
How often are sessions, weekly or fortnightly?
Sessions can be booked weekly or fortnightly, whichever best supports your energy and capacity, at the same price either way.
How do I pay, and can I pay in instalments?
Payment is made by bank transfer. For Restore, payment is made in full upfront. For Sustain and Flourish, you have the option to spread the cost across 2 or 3 instalments if that works better for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll move your session to a new time within your programme’s window, no questions asked. If something comes up with less notice than that, please still get in touch; while sessions cancelled at very short notice are treated as forfeited, I’ll always try to be as flexible as I reasonably can.
What happens if I don’t use all my sessions in time?
Each programme has an expiry window, calculated as your total number of sessions delivered at your chosen frequency, plus a buffer for occasional rescheduling, 4 weeks if you’re going weekly, or 8 weeks if fortnightly. As your window approaches, I’ll reach out to help you get any remaining sessions booked in, so this only becomes an issue if we’re genuinely unable to find a workable time together.
How can I reach you between sessions, and how quickly will you respond?
You can message me by email or WhatsApp, and I aim to respond within 1 working day. This support is there for brief updates, questions, and accountability check-ins between sessions, not as a substitute for your scheduled time together.
Can I upgrade to a longer programme later?
Yes. If you complete a programme and decide you’d like to continue on to a longer one, whether that’s Restore to Sustain, Restore to Flourish, or Sustain to Flourish, you can upgrade within two weeks of finishing, and the fee you already paid will be credited toward your new programme.
A Note on Scope of Practice
I’m a UKIHCA Registered Health and Wellbeing Coach, not a medical professional. Health coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing discussed in our sessions should be taken as such.
I don’t treat, diagnose or manage any health condition. My role is to support you with the lifestyle habits and daily choices within your control, such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and pacing, alongside any medical care or treatment you’re already receiving, not in place of it.
You should continue to consult your GP or relevant healthcare professionals for any medical concerns, before making any significant changes to your diet, exercise, medication or treatment plan, and for anything relating to the diagnosis or management of your condition.
Coaching outcomes vary from person to person, and I can’t guarantee specific results. What I can offer is a genuinely supportive, evidence-informed space to help you make sustainable changes that work for you.
Ready when you are
If you’re ready to feel in control of your own health again, your Free First Step Call is a no-obligation chat to talk about what’s going on for you, ask any questions, and find out whether coaching feels like the right fit, before committing to anything.
There’s no pressure and no expectation, just an open conversation to help you decide what’s right for you, whether it’s coaching with me or not.
